Being Type 2 diabetic - to maintain ideal weight

by Betty J. Watson
(Pinellas Park, FL)

I don't need to lose weight only to maintain and hopefully, find new recipes and ideas on keeping healthy as possible. I am interested in the new low GI theory. I have not found that much to read about it or recipes to try so winning the cookbook would help me get started and hopefully, encourage me to stay on tract.

Thanks

Diabetic not over weight
by: Pat Milstead

I 67 year old male type2 diabetic have never been over weight.
I am 5' 10" and 140 lbs.
I need to maintain my weight even gain some would be better.
I have searched every where, I can find no food plan I can use. If I use the low cars and no sugar I continue to lose weight and have no energy at all.
I hope some one else has the same problem.
