I was always heavy and had gained 40 lbs.my freshmen year in Highschool. It was when I started my part time job at Taco Johns. Throughout school I did not mind being big. I got pregnant when I was 18. I kept my baby, best choice I have ever made. When he turned two I was finally sick of being the cute but chuky girl. I started to diet and exercise. I had no support or help. I resorted to diet pills and exterme exercise and calorie restriction. When I lost te first 40 lbs., I was recieving a lot of comliments. I continued to lose weight, I went down to under 70lbs. I went to UNI for help, I learned better ways to hide my eating disorder behavors. I went down hill after leaving. I was than committed again a few years later(a long story). I was there for 5 months and left there determined more than ever to lose weight. I am 5 feet 2 inches and left the program wearing a size 14 pants. I felt digsted with my body. I know I have a problem and would love to get help and gain weight. I just would like to be able to do it with a healthy diet and exercise that would benifit my overall health. I am now weighing 82 pounds but I have no clue what is best for my sitiuation and health. Many older women suffer from eating disorders, not just the young girls. I am open for any help that is offered, the problem is I am poor and have no money to go for help. any advice would be greatly apperciated.
Thank you
