goal is 130 lbs, but i would rather be content with myself.
My highest weight was 166. I am a short person, so I looked to be about 200 lbs. at least, that is how i see myself. my husband loves me, no matter what. but, i need to love myself. I don't and i know that if i don't get this weight off, i will never be satisfied with myself. I have been following the GI plan for about 4 months and have only managed to keep off 10 lbs. while i know that is an excellent accomplishment, I want the other 25 to come off and stay off by october. we will see......
