I lost 122 lbs on a different plan, but but have been stuck for couple of months, so I wanted to try something different. Still need to lose 80+ more to reach Docs goal

I started out weighing 402 lbs at 5'6 1/2" tall and 43 years old. I was dying. On oxygen for 8+ years 24/7/ Congested Heart Failure, Diabetic, high blood pressure, everything high high etc. I managed to do a diet made to about 383, was stuck there for couple of years, then I did a plan that helped me lose the 122 lbs.

I no longer use the oxygen, off all diabetic meds, no longer walk with a cane, I am at 261 now. I have been stuck there for a little while, I plan on sticking with the plan i am on, but I want to make a few changes, so I came across this plan, so i will make the changes and see if I can get to the 180 my doc wants me to be at. Hope me luck.
