I have been seriously dieting for about 9 years. I am tired of "dieting". I am eating healthy and have been walking at least a mile a day. I've already lost 5lbs in 10 days eating this way.
My highest weight: 230 My current weight: 200 My goal weight: 150
My doctor said I should weigh 142.7, and the GI book I'm reading says I should weigh 144. Any of the above #'s will be just fine with me. I hope to find encouragement and support with this group and offer the same. KIM G
