I want to lose between 75 and 95 lbs.

I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS and it is effecting my fertility, energy levels, and other health issues. It is related to hormone imbalance, insulin resistance, and weight. I have been ttc for 8 years and have had 2 miscarriages, that now I found out are related to the PCOS and consequently sugar problems. As you can tell by my weight loss goals, I am severely overweight or even obese. It is important to me to get my body in a healthy place so that I can be healthy enough to become pregnant and sustain the prgnancy. While this is my main concern, it would not hurt my feelings to have a great looking body as well. But I am mainly concerned about my health, developing full-blown diabetes, and my energy levels. If anyone has a similar story and success please share. Thamks and good luck to all.

I am in the same situation. My husband and I have been ttc for 4yrs now and I feel your pain. I can tell you that eating low GI foods, limiting sugar and caffeine, and better carb choices has worked for me to lose weight. But it is a slow process that we can do together.
