I wanted to know if anybody has heard of the Kimkins diet, its low GI diet. Its $59.95 for lifetime fee.

The founder and owner of the kimkins diet has admitted under oath that she has never followed her plan for more then 3-5 days and has never lost the weight she claimed the plan acheived. She has been ordered by the court to post a warning on all her sites informing readers she lied about the success of folk doing her plan.

There are no dieticians monitoring the nutrition of the plan
no doctor has reviewed it and found it to be safe for effective weight loss.

No one doing the plan has reported keeping their weight off eating the plan's maintnenace program.
