I found out I had PCOS 2 years ago and now me and my boyfriend are trying for a baby. We've been trying since February this year. I started the GI diet when I found out about my PCOS and I have stuck to some parts of it but I found some of the recipes were boring and started to lose interest. I also started exercising but again I lost interest. I am now determined more than ever to start it back up again and complete my family with a lil babba.
