Lose 40 to 60 lbs. and get fit

I lost 40 lbs on Sugar Busters 5 years ago. I then did a Body for Life challenge and dropped 12 more pounds and got down to a size 6! I had an injury so I stopped exercising and then eating right. I went into menopause and quit smoking. Downhill from there, except the quitting. 4 1/2 years now smoke-free, but 60 pound heavier :(

I'm ready to get back onboard low glycemic eating as it really works miracles and after the adjustment you never feel like you are dieting. No deprivation whatsoever.
