Me--at 180 Pounds

Me--at 180 Pounds

I have worked out, gotten into good condition with Weight Watchers, then a stressor comes along and I start eating more and resting more. Yo-yo dieting has been the norm for me.

Now I see it is related to blood sugar spikes and drops, mainly caused by what I have been eating.
More fiber means less overeating.
Lower glycemic foods, often with more fiber, help me feel more content, by stabilizing my blood sugar.
So far, to adapt to this way of eating has been easy, at least for the last 5 days. Both my husband and I are proceeding with this diet change.
Right now I weigh in at 180 pounds. I am 5'7" and 65 years old. I have begun to do some weight training at home and look forward to a healthier mind and body, I hope in about 3 months or so.
