I was 20 lbs heavier and tried sooo many diets and nothing worked until I found out about the low glycemic diet.
At first I wasn't sure if it would work, but I thought it wont hurt to try especially it seemed so easy.
Even though it was an easy diet it also worked. Only 2 1/2 months later I lost 20lbs! I am at my ideal weight and still doing the low glycemic diet to maintain that weight. The best part I have not gain none of that weight back and its been over a year already. I realize its not only a diet but the way of a healthy life.
