Low GI diet

Not hard to follow, no measuring, no starving all day feelings.... I started out at 233 - 6 weeks later I am 212. I do exercise 4 - 5 days per week for 30 - 45 mins as well and that is it. No more low blood sugar, energy is better then ever. Highly recommend it to all!

Really enjoying this healthy living style ( I hate the word diet ). It's hard for me to honestly rate it though as I have only been following it for a couple weeks, I have lost a couple pounds already which is really encouraging and I'm really enjoying the cooking. I have even starting cooking my own receipies for my parents who can't beleive something so healthy can be soo tasty, they have now started to follow it aswell. I'm 22yrs old and although I am not classed overweight I want to lose a bit of weight as I am a competitive swimmer. Last year I put on roughly half a stone and my goal is to shift it. I would recommend this lifestyle to anyone who wants to lose weight the healthy way. There is no reason why this diet shouldn't work! Perfect!
