favourites. Very quick to prepare, yet a delicious low
glycemic recipe.
Ingredients
1 medium apple
1 small container (100g) fat-free, no sugar added yogurt
1/4 cup Go Lean cereal
Directions
Chop your favourite variety of apple. Mix apple with 1 small
container of your favorite flavour of yogurt and Go Lean cereal.
