I have been fat or thin, off and on for years. Loose it on a diet, go off, gain it back. I am 58 and last year was diagnosed with MS. I also have arthritis, walking is not easy. my inactivity and bad food intake has caused mych weight gain. I'm now pre-diabetic, high bp. In the past, I've done Nutrasystem and had good luck with that. I was never hungry and it wasn't because I ate alot. They are big in using the glycemic index. well now i would like to learn how to do this on my own. I would like to loose 80-100 lbs.
