My goal is to lose 53 lbs and get back to a healthy weight of 140
I have never been what you would call skinny, but I was always healthy and in decent shape. I had a knee injury about 7 years ago and have slowly packed on the pounds. I got to 210 at my highest. I am 5'1" and now considered extremely obese, at risk for all kinds of awful diseases. So my goal is to get back down to 140, my personal normal healthy weight. The charts say I should get down between 105-132 but I feel like that's just not healthy for me and my body type. I've always had a more muscular and curvy build.
