Hi, I am Suzanne and I have been overweight since my early 20's (41 now) and have tried all different kinds of diets. I lose but put it all back on and then some. I was told I was prediabetic and decided it was time to get real serious. I had a friend tell me about a low glycemic index diet and I looked it up online. I cleared out my house of my "snacks" and went to the grocery store for a new list of foods to have available in the house. I started walking with my kids and have lost 13 lbs. in about 3 weeks. I am so excited and so happy that God is with me on this journey because I couldn't do it with out Him. Keep up anything healthy you have decided to do and most importantly if you feel you have made a mistake with a meal or a whole day or even a weekend, you have a "do-over" the next day. Just start again in the morning or even right now. Thanks for listening.
