to weigh 25 less pounds than the 185 Im at now!

My husband and I started trying to have a family a year ago and month after month my monthly "friend" comes along. Ive seen doctors and did hormone therapy and still no luck. I decided to take a proactive role in my own fertility and decided to stop "trying" and start focusing on my own health and the first thing was to rid unwanted pounds. My doctor prior to putting me on clomid said i had a form of PCOS, something that went hand in hand with diabetes and being over weight.

In the beginning of the year i began working out four days a week, high cardio spin class and weight loss routines, months past and the weight barely comes off, even while on a strict 1400 calorie diet. So Im switching it up and starting on the low GI track and hope it all starts to come off, for a healthier lighter me and for a future family!
