I am 42 years and Pre-diabetic.I have been going to a dietition for 7 years now an nothing is working so far. My mom suggested to look at the GI diet book. I love knowing what food I can have and what foods I cannnot have.I just started the diet 4 days ago.I will like to lose at least 70lbs.
